Double-layer structure (lower layer)
Using 90-degree polyurethane rubber, the extension when applying is minimized and the polyurethane rubber is tightly attached to the transfer tape.
Double-layer construction (upper layer)
60-degree polyurethane rubber is used, and due to the excellent wear resistance of the material, it is also used in high-speed machines.
Peel strength
The two layers of polyurethane are the same material, so the adhesion strength is high and no peeling occurs.
Long processing
Since it is attached to the inside of the transfer tape, it is necessary to provide long-size products, but Tsuchiya has a processing machine that can perform 2500mm blanking, so we can provide products that do not create seams.
